Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Formwork Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate daily formwork operations on-site. Ensure all formwork is installed according to engineering drawings and safety standards. Monitor work progress, quality control, and productivity of the formwork team. Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Train and mentor formwork crews as needed. Enforce health and safety procedures on site.

Store & Rental Management:

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of formwork materials and rental equipment. Track inventory levels and ensure timely reordering or return of rented materials. Process rental orders from internal teams and/or external clients. Coordinate delivery and collection logistics with transport teams. Maintain accurate stock records, issue slips, and material tracking logs. Inspect formwork and equipment upon return for damage and ensure repairs or replacements are initiated. Ensure proper storage and preservation of formwork materials to minimize damage and losses.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction and/or warehouse/store operations. Strong knowledge of formwork systems (e.g., Doka, Peri, Hunnebeck, etc.). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent organizational and inventory management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software is an asset. Physically fit and able to work in site and warehouse conditions. Valid driver's license and forklift certification are advantageous.

Work Conditions:

Split between on-site supervision and store/warehouse management. May require occasional weekend or overtime work based on project demands.
