Key Responsibilities

• Load and offload containers in line with operational procedures
• Safely move goods between warehouse buffer areas and the sales floor
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others during all material handling activities
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and integrity
• Minimize damage and report any stock or equipment issues promptly
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment according to IKEA logistics standards
• Report equipment faults immediately to Goods Flow Team Leaders

Ideal Profile

• High school education
• Valid forklift driving license is mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or goods flow operations
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads
