Job Overview:

PTI FABRICATION is hiring a Foreman / Supervisor with strong knowledge and experience in steel structure, sheet metal, pipeline, and conveyor fabrication. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a workshop team, reading fabrication drawings, distributing work to fabricators and welders, and ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

The Foreman will supervise day-to-day fabrication activities, assign manpower according to job priority, and ensure all jobs are executed as per approved drawings. He will coordinate with the design and project teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and inspect in-progress and finished jobs. Monitoring workshop productivity, maintaining discipline, and preparing daily progress updates will also be part of the role.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment is required. The candidate must be familiar with structural steel, conveyors, pipelines, and fabrication tools and machines. Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols is essential. Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle a team efficiently. Hindi fluency is mandatory, and basic English is preferred. Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
