Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site workers, ensuring they complete tasks efficiently and on time. Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project schedules. Maintain discipline, motivation, and safety standards among workers. Report progress and any issues to the project manager promptly. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on-site. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to achieve smooth workflow. Assist in onboarding new workers and tracking attendance.
