About Us:
We are a well-established interior fit-out company in Dubai with a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and retail projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman to join our dynamic team and help oversee and manage on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and workers to ensure timely and quality completion of interior fit-out works.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and plans.
Manage site resources, tools, and materials effectively.
Ensure all work is done in accordance with project standards and health & safety regulations.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress, quality control, and provide daily reports.
Solve on-site problems and make quick decisions to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out work including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, and MEP coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
