Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of tile and marble installation teams.
Read and interpret drawings and project plans.
Ensure work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with project timelines.
Manage site materials, labor, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain safety and quality control standards on-site.
Liaise with project managers and other departments as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in tile and marble works.
Proven track record in a supervisory/foreman role.
Education:
Intermediate or higher (Diploma preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle site challenges and meet deadlines.
