Position: Finishing Foreman - Tile Mason

Location: Sharjah

Salary: AED 5,000 - 8,000

Experience: 3-4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman (Tile Mason) to oversee and manage tiling and finishing works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tile fixing, finishing works, and supervising a team of masons, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage tile masons and finishing teams at site.

Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ensure proper installation of tiles, marble, granite, and other finishing materials.

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Maintain quality control by inspecting materials and workmanship.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

Provide training and guidance to workers as needed.

Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and manpower deployment.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience as a Tile Mason / Finishing Foreman.

Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, tools, and finishing materials.

Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and capable of site-based work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
