The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool construction, landscaping, civil engineering, and electromechanical work.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
