Client Relationship Executive(swimming Pool Work Background)
Job Description
Role: - Supervise and manage a team of Swimming Pool cleaners, technicians and engineers related to installation of swimming pool and water features. - Ensuring maintenance work execution is within time and budget - Knowledge of Swimming Pool Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning - Maintenance resources planning and scheduling - Ensuring that all material used are always available at site as per the specification - Liaising with clients and their representative - Managing and monitoring the maintenance contract documents - Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team - Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied - Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized - Ensure all the health and safety protocols are followed Requirement: - Swimming Pool work background - Requirements Analysis - Design skills - Project management - Manufacturing methods & procedures Process improvement - Technical understanding - Documentation skills - Safety management - Full-time, Contract Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * swimming pool maintenance work: 2-3 years * Driving license (Required ) Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
