Royal Atlas General Contracting is looking for an experienced
Foreman (Supervisor)
to oversee constructionsite operations. The candidate must be an
Arabic speaker and of Arab nationality
, with
at least 7 years ofexperience
in the construction or contracting field.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily operations
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
Maintain high standards of quality and safety at the site
Resolve any issues or delays on site promptly
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written)
Minimum of 7 years of experience
as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction/contracting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
Ready to join immediately or within short notice
