Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and experienced FOREMAN CIVIL to join our headquarters team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

Position: Foreman Civil

:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team here in UAQ. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and supervising on-site civil works, with a solid understanding of structural, architectural, and finishing works. You'll be responsible for ensuring daily site activities run smoothly, safely, and according to project plans and timelines.

Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil works on-site, including structural, concrete, masonry, and finishing activities

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure proper execution of work

Monitor labor performance and material usage to minimize delays and wastage

Ensure safety compliance and maintain cleanliness and order on-site

Interpret drawings and instructions from engineers and implement them efficiently

Track daily work progress and report to the site/project engineer

Assist in planning work schedules and allocating manpower

Ensure quality control and adherence to approved standards and specifications

Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE or Gulf region

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read construction drawings and manage site manpower

Familiarity with local construction safety standards and procedures

UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
