Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Signage Foreman

to lead our production team and oversee all stages of manufacturing and installation. The ideal candidate is someone who understands signage from A to Z--materials, machines, lighting, fabrication, and final installation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the production of all types of signage, including: - 3D Acrylic Letters- Stainless Steel Letters- LED / Neon Flex illuminated signs- Cladding / PVC / Banner signs Lead and organize the workshop team on a daily basis. Read and interpret design files (CorelDraw / Illustrator) and ensure correct measurements and execution. Monitor quality control of fabrication: CNC cutting, laser cutting, routing, welding, painting, and wiring. Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery. Plan material requirements and ensure the workshop is operating efficiently. Enforce safety and quality standards inside the workshop. Supervise installation at client sites and provide on-site problem-solving when required.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in signage fabrication and installation. Strong knowledge of 3D letter fabrication (Acrylic / SS / Channel Letters). Hands-on experience with: - CNC Router- Laser Cutting Machine- Banner Printing Machine- Foam/Router machines Excellent team leadership and project coordination skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly. Basic electrical knowledge for LED and signage wiring. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Strong commitment to deadlines and quality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
