to oversee signage production, installation, and maintenance operations for our advertisement projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting project timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities of the signage and installation team.
Coordinate with production, design, and project departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Inspect and ensure proper installation of indoor and outdoor signage.
Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily reports and update project progress to the Project Manager.
Ensure project deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
Drive to project sites across the UAE as required.
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience as a
Foreman
in a
signage, fabrication, or advertising company
.
Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans.
Valid
UAE Driving License
(Mandatory).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and manage teams effectively.
Willingness to travel to different project sites within the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both indoor and outdoor signage installation.
Familiarity with health and safety procedures on site.
Basic knowledge of electrical and structural elements related to signage.
