Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our Advertisement and Signage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our advertisement and signage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and offer customized advertisement and signage solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information in the CRM system. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising, signage, or printing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of signage and advertisement products. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
