About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Mechanical Foreman

to supervise the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of rotating equipment and compressors used in infrastructure maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mechanical systems, ensure optimal equipment performance, and lead a team to deliver work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical maintenance activities for rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, compressors, and gearboxes used in infrastructure facilities. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of various compressor types (reciprocating, centrifugal, screw type). Plan and allocate daily work schedules for mechanical technicians and ensure timely completion. Carry out alignment, balancing, and operational testing of rotating equipment after servicing. Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues and implement preventive measures. Coordinate with maintenance planners and procurement for required tools, spare parts, and consumables. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with HSE regulations and company standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance work, equipment status, and service reports. Train and guide junior technicians in mechanical maintenance best practices.

What do we need from you

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of relevant experience in rotating equipment and compressor maintenance, preferably within infrastructure maintenance projects. Proven supervisory experience managing maintenance teams. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals. A Valid UAE Driving License is mandidatory
