Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site workers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard. Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment. Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Assist in planning resources, materials, and labor allocation. Train, mentor, and guide junior workers and new team members. Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Foreman in [construction / interior / marble / relevant field]. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures. Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
