for a marble factory to oversee daily operations, supervise laborers, and ensure smooth coordination between production, engineering, and delivery. The ideal candidate must be attentive, organized, and capable of handling both reading technical drawings and practical factory work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage factory laborers
Monitor daily operations and ensure work is done correctly and efficiently
Receive materials and verify quantities and quality
Arrange and hand over finished products to customers as required
Read and understand shop drawings and cutting drawings
Coordinate work between engineers and laborers to ensure accurate execution
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of marble materials
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in a marble or stone factory
Must have knowledge of waterjet and marble cutting works.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong supervision and communication skills
Experience handling materials and customer handover
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
Experience in the UAE marble industry
Knowledge of marble cutting, polishing, and installation processes
Accommodation will be provided by the company.
