Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor / Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor / Foreman to lead our maintenance operations across residential and commercial buildings. This role ensures that all maintenance activities are well-coordinated, efficient, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of maintenance staff (AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works

Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies

Inspect buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns

Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and inspection checklists

Liaise with tenants, property management, and external service providers

Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and monitor cost control

Recommend repairs, upgrades, and improvements for building systems

Ensure all safety standards and procedures are strictly followed

Requirements

:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Strong understanding of MEP systems and general facility maintenance

Capable of preparing reports and working within a budget

Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and team coordination

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Basic computer proficiency

UAE Driving License (preferred)
