As we continue to grow and maintain our residential developments, we are seeking an experienced

Foreman / Maintenance Supervisor

to lead daily technical operations across the community and ensure all villas and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works) across the project. Lead and monitor a team of technicians and laborers on-site. Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections of villas, common areas, infrastructure, and utilities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and community guidelines. Liaise with the Facility Management, Security, and Engineering departments. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work. Respond promptly to resident complaints and service requests. Oversee third-party contractors when required. Support improvement projects and upgrades within the development.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, facilities, or villa/community maintenance. Proven experience supervising a team of skilled and unskilled workers. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Arabic speaking. UAE driving license is preferred. Experience in villa compounds or community management is highly desirable.
