Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide site workers, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other trades.
Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site supervisor, project manager, and subcontractors for daily activities.
Monitor progress, report issues, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintain safety and cleanliness at site.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
as a
Foreman in interior fit-out
.
Strong knowledge of joinery, partitions, ceilings, and finishing works.
Experience working inside
malls and managed properties
preferred.
Ability to read drawings and manage labor teams effectively.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
