Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE
Deep knowledge of European & Japanese car systems
Proven experience in supervising workshop operations
Ability to manage and guide technicians effectively
Strong diagnostic and technical decision-making skills
Excellent communication & leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure smooth operations
Monitor repair quality and job completion timelines
Support diagnostic and technical troubleshooting
Ensure safety, discipline, and quality standards within the team
Coordinate with service advisors and management to achieve customer satisfaction
