Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of workers in all phases of swimming pool construction (excavation, steel fixing, shotcreting, plumbing, tiling, coping, and waterproofing).
- Read and interpret pool layout and structural drawings.
- Ensure all work is performed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site resources efficiently.
- Train and guide workers on proper construction techniques.
- Report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Must have proven experience in swimming pool construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequences, materials, and methods specific to pools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
