We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machinery & Equipment Supervisor to oversee the operation, allocation, and performance of heavy equipment on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine usage while coordinating with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery when required.
Test machines and oversee operator performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage the movement, allocation, and utilization of machines within the site.
Ensure all machinery operations comply with HSE standards and company safety policies.
Conduct routine site inspections to verify proper machine usage.
Report technical issues promptly to the workshop/maintenance team.
Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate daily reports and records related to equipment and operator performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of
5 years' experience in the UAE market
in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of
heavy equipment operation
and
safety regulations
.
Good communication skills in
English
; knowledge of
Hindi or Arabic
is an advantage.
Proven ability to
lead, supervise, and coordinate
equipment operators effectively.
Familiarity with
preventive maintenance schedules
and basic troubleshooting.
Strong
organizational, reporting, and record-keeping
abilities.
