Role & Responsibilities
Supervising employees
Setting deadlines for each job or task
Keeping inventory of materials/equipment needed for the job
Enforcing safety procedures
Keeping accurate records of all expenses incurred in the process of construction
Maintaining records of work completed on each job to ensure the integrity of the building\'s structure
Leading and being an inspiration to the workers under them
Developing a work schedule for workers
Providing adequate instructions about company policies and procedures
Sharing information about the correct methods of performing operations at a work site
Ensuring the working conditions are safe and satisfactory
