Job Description

Foreman Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the work of site laborers, helpers, and technicians. Ensure work is carried out according to plans, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor daily work progress and report to the supervisor or manager. Allocate manpower and resources efficiently. Enforce health and safety regulations on site. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Driving Duties:

Operate company vehicle (pickup, van, or truck) for transporting materials, tools, or personnel to and from job sites. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced. Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving practices. Maintain vehicle logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation.

General Support:

Assist with loading and unloading of materials or equipment. Support site activities during downtime from driving duties. Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a foreman in construction, manufacturing, or relevant field. Valid driver's license (light/heavy as required). Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Basic understanding of tools, materials, and site work procedures.

Working Conditions:
