Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is completed according to project plans and timelines.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance for quality and safety compliance.
Operate company vehicles for transporting staff, tools, and materials to project sites.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
Enforce safety protocols and company policies on site.
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors.
Maintain records of daily activities, manpower, and material usage.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Foreman in construction/contracting (minimum 2 years preferred).
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site management.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments.
Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.].
