Key Responsibilities
Foreman Duties
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure all work is executed according to plans and safety standards.
Assign duties to site workers and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Maintain daily reports and site documentation (attendance, material use, work logs).
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce use of PPE.
Driver Duties
Drive company vehicles (light/heavy) for transporting materials, labor, and tools across sites.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, fuel tracking, and proper documentation.
Maintain logs for mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries.
