About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site, focusing on civil and structural works Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements Ensure construction work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work, taking corrective actions when necessary Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes Communicate effectively with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers Maintain accurate daily site reports, work diaries, and labor attendance records Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew Identify and report site issues or risks promptly to site engineers or project managers Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

What do we need from you

Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure construction, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques Familiarity with Dubai Municipality requirements and local construction site regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation Solid knowledge of construction health and safety standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment Goal-oriented approach to project management and task completion Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
