Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Allocate tasks to site workers, and monitor manpower productivity. Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment at the site. Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines on site. Assist Project Engineer / Site Engineer in planning and organizing site operations. Report daily site progress, issues, and manpower updates to management. Resolve site-level challenges by coordinating with project teams and subcontractors. Support in project handover, snagging, and completion activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/Certification in Civil Engineering or related field.

4-10 years of relevant experience in fit-out, construction, facility management, or renovation projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and finishing works. Proven ability to supervise teams and manage multiple site activities effectively. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
