Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure quality standards, safety measures, and project timelines are met. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower effectively. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil site supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
