Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Foreman - Chilled Water & HVAC

to join our dynamic team for a prestigious MEP project in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chilled water piping, HVAC systems installation, and supervision of site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of works in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation of chilled water piping, HVAC ductwork, and equipment (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.). Review shop drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure correct implementation on site. Monitor manpower, materials, and tools required for daily work activities. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and QA/QC procedures. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure smooth progress of works. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site teams. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, manpower, and work inspections. Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental practices at site. Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of HVAC and chilled water systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the UAE in HVAC and chilled water systems. Diploma/ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or related trade. Proven track record as a foreman in large-scale MEP or HVAC projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water networks, installation standards, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and BOQs. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team of technicians and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Must be available to join in Ras Al Khaimah.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
