Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Foreman with experience in Aluminium structures (such as pergolas and canopies) and glass products. The Foreman will supervise site activities, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:



Supervise and lead installation teams for pergolas, canopies, Sandwince panel and glass Installtion work Plan and assign daily tasks to workers and monitor progress Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and measurements Ensure proper installation techniques and quality workmanship Check materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper use and availability Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies on-site Inspect completed work and report progress/issues to management

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Foreman in Aluminium structures or glass works Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of installation methods for pergolas, canopies, and glass products Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements Good communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to work on-site
