STATION AGENT CUSTOMER CARE AGENT HELPDESK AGENT TICKETING AGENT
Provide information to customers regarding service, fares, routes, schedules, delays, transfers and other connecting transit services. Sell (train and/or bus) card/tickets. Offer an impressive range of languages to communicate with passengers. Should have Good English communication skill.
