POSITION:

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Instrument Engineer with maintenance experience in Petrochemical industry, Should have knowledge in SAP Preventive maintenance. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Maintenance field related to petrochemical industry Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, performance analysis and the ability to solve field problems and familiarity with measurement and control devices from major vendors in the Industry, Facilitate the development, implementation and tracking of field instrumentation reliability and maintenance engineering programs utilizing industry best practices and internally develop process and procedures. Responsible to achieve the objectives of improved instrument asset reliability and reduced overall maintenance costs through application of reliability technology. Uses reliability engineering principles and tools ( Root Cause Analysis) to improve Asset Reliability and long term cost of ownership of the facility. Develop maintenance procedures for instrument equipment in order to facilitate consistent execution of maintenance tasks. Knowledge of general instruments and controls, field instruments and equipment, control theory, control systems, actuated valves, flow measurement and metering, hazardous area equipment, safety systems, vendor management and FAT attendance. Knowledgeable in petrochemical / refinery processes and equipment. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.

POSITION:

FINANCE SUPERVISOR Roles & Responsibilities: Required to provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Compare and contrast the company's actual performance to the business plan by analyzing pricing, costs, variable contributions, results of sales etc. Manage timely and accurate reporting of various financial transactions and information for detailed analysis. Developing and administrating annual budgets ensured by strong analysis and research. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for them to be met. Coordinate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of the company's finances are maintained. Meet with Banks and negotiate overall relationship including facilities, at optimum pricing and covenants Ensure full compliance with external reporting requirements Developing trends and projections for the business finances. Constantly correspond with various departments to discuss the organization plans and ensure strategic agreements are made on future paths to be taken. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent Experience in the Manufacturing sector Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Proficient user of finance software such as ERP systems Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
