POSITIONS:

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN Education: Vocational/ Diploma or Degree. Should have experience in BMS along with Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR Must have a very strong focus on operational hard FM, and must have a proven track record of managing similar roles across mechanical and electrical property works. Responsible for maintaining and developing facilities of designated area; ensuring that repairs, planned preventative maintenance, planned improvements and emergency repairs (as well as M&E aspects of large new build or refurbishment projects) are all arranged and delivered to a very high standard, within budget and with legislative compliance being monitored.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (ELECT/MECH) Diploma or Degree. Min 8-10 years of experience

HVAC TECHNICIAN Should have experience in HVAC. Education: Vocational/ Diploma or Degree.

BMS OPERATOR Experience: 5 - 8 Years minimum Education: Vocational/ Diploma or Degree. Should have experience in BMS along with Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics

INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR Min 8-10 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Computer applications (min 5 years in Supervisory role); Aptitude and experience in Programmable logic controls, SCADA control system, FROFIBUS based instrumentation and control, software based fire alarm, BMS, Chiller management system, Access control system and basic knowledge in networking.

INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN Instrumentation Technician- Minimum 6 years of experience in installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of wide range of electronic equipment; experience in Programmable logic controls, FROFIBUS based instrumentation and control, fire alarm, BMS, Chiller control etc. ITI/ Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
