Job Description

POSITIONS:

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ROTATING) ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of direct experience as Rotating Equipment Mechanic in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Mechanical Equipments in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall be able to use all measuring tools with good accuracy. Shall be able to perform repair and overhauling of all types of equipment installed at Thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant, including but not limited to such as turbine, pump, fan, motor, gear box. Shall be familiar with and able to repair, overhaul and install all types of mechanical seal with high degree of proficiency. Shall be familiar with reverse alignment procedure.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of Ten (10) years of direct experience as Electrical Maintenance Technician in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Electrical Equipment's in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall be able to perform appropriate electrical tests in shop and field, able to identify the defects and able to perform necessary repair or overhauling in any type of electrical motor, control circuit breaker, motor operated valves (Limitorq and Rotorq) and other electrical equipment's normally found in thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant. Shall be able to understand electrical drawings, check electrical circuit and trouble-shoot faults.

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ITI or Diploma in Instrument Trade. Minimum of Ten (10) years of direct experience as Instrument Technician in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Instruments Equipment's in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall be capable of using all types of test equipment and hand tools in a safe manner. Shall be able to re-assemble and recalibrate the equipment. Shall be able to understand the schematic drawings, instrumentation diagrams, electronic circuits and logic diagrams. Must be familiar for calibration of all instruments (PT, TT, LT, Control Valve etc.)

PIPE FABRICATOR Shall be able to read engineering drawings and perform simple workshop calculations for fabricating Flange and Elbow. Shall have 7 years of experience as Pipe fabricator in heavy industry workshop or site. To carry out all the activities associated with the fabrication jobs as received from Plant. Shall have the ability to fabricate Flanges, Elbows as site requirements.

INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLDER Shall have some knowledge of English language. Shall have a minimum of Ten (6-7) years of direct experience as Scaffolder in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have good knowledge for erecting scaffolding at high level. Must be familiar for different types of clamps and materials used for erection of scaffolding. Must have good command to make scaffolding as per tight schedule during Turnaround period.

INDUSTRIAL INSULATOR Shall have a minimum of Ten (6-7) years of direct experience as Insulator in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have good knowledge for different type of Insulation materials used for Pipes, Valves, and tanks. Must have some knowledge to calculate Insulation materials required for Pipes, Valves and tanks. Must be familiar for different types of Insulation materials used in Power Plant for Insulation of Pipes, Valves, and tanks. Must have good command to make Insulation as per tight schedule during Turnaround period.

MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR Hold a third party and KSA government Crane operating license (Mandatory). Shall have 10 years of experience as minimum in combined cycle power plant for lifting heavy equipment's like sea water pump, Turbine, Stop Log and other heavy equipment's in Power plant as Mobile Crane Operator . Shall be able to operate all type of Crane with capacity more than 100 Ton. Must be familiar for different operation of crane.

MACHINIST - (POWER PLANT WORKSHOP) Shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of direct experience as Machinist in Workshop of Combined Cycle power Plant (Steam and Gas Turbine) or Petrochemical Plant in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities. Must have good knowledge for reading drawings for Machine Parts. Arranging Material repaired to make parts as per drawings. Assemble raw material on lathe machine, Milling, Shaping Machine & do machining as per drawings. Measuring dimension of parts with vernier Caliper & other different measuring tools . Shall have good experience in Machining of different parts & accessories used in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Power Plant industries. Shall be familiar with all material codes, procedures & symbols. Must have good command to work as per tight schedule during Turnaround period.

LAB TECHNICIAN (COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT) Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry. Shall have a minimum of Six (6-7) years of direct experience as Lab Technician in the Laboratory of Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have good knowledge to do analysis of PH value of Boiler water and other process used in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have good knowledge of different instrument used in the Laboratory of Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Attractive Salary, Food & Accommodation provided by company.
