FINAL CLIENT INTERVIEW SHORTLY IN MUMBAI CNC SERVICE ENGINEER (SAR 4000 TO 6000)
. Install, commission, and validate CNC machines (Turning, VMC, HMC, 5 Axis, VTL, EDM, Grinders, Boring Machines). . Perform advanced troubleshooting on CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heiden Hain) . Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to OEM standards. . Complete geometric alignment, backlash check, leveling, spindle runout, and accuracy calibration. . Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults with root cause analysis. . Generate detailed service reports, technical findings, and recommendations. . Provide onsite & remote support to customers with strong response time discipline. Perform CNC parameter backup/restore, ladder review, servo tuning, and safety interlock checks. . Coordinate with OEMs for escalations, spare parts, and technical updates. . Train machine operators and maintenance teams at customer sites. . Ensure compliance with Saudi safety standards, customer protocols, and company guidelines. . Support installation projects, machine relocations, and turnkey commissioning. . Maintain service tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration instruments.
ALL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 5-8 YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS CNC SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN IN MACHINE TOOL INDUSTRY SECTORS: OIL & GAS, AEROSPACE, STEEL, MACHINE SHOPS, MANUFACTURING. DIPLOMA OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, OR MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION & MEDICAL INSURANCE WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
