Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and adherence to food safety followed in the restaurant.
Supervising the process of receiving food items and methods of storing them.
Supervising the preparation of meals and the quantity of meals served to students and presenting them in an acceptable manner.
Auditing the records of the accounting system for meals provided to students.
Maintaining daily and weekly follow-up records in the restaurant.
Follow up on the implementation of maintenance work in the catering company's restaurants.
Preparing inventory records and periodic maintenance.
Participate in committees related to the nutrition services provided
and follow up on their work related to the Nutrition Department.
Preparing statistics on nutrition and analysing questionnaires.
Coordination with the contracted nutrition company
