Fresh Bite Paprika Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Food Sales Executive

to expand our

Catering Division

through large-scale food orders, meal plans, and long-term contracts with offices, labor camps, and businesses across Abu Dhabi. This is a

commission-based role

, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in sales and wants to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure

large-scale catering contracts

, meal plans, and regular food supply deals Approach and pitch to

offices, companies, schools, construction sites, and other potential bulk buyers

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of orders Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing for clients Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely service

Requirements:

Proven

sales experience

in F&B, catering, or food distribution (preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills

Must have a valid UAE bike or car license

Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and potential business hubs Fluent in English (Arabic or other Asian languages is a plus) Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling high-ticket sales
