Requirements:

• Successful completion of FSC (Food Safety Course) from a UAE recognized body
• Proven knowledge and successful application of food safety principles and standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Retail Audit Standards, etc.)
• Driving License for UAE
• Huge Experiencing Kitchen audits
• Dubai Municipality Approved
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Food Safety Trainer or relevant role
• Liaise with Regulators and Authorities locally to resolve any food safety related disputes arising on site
• Respond to client inquiries regarding food safety concerns or incidents
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding food safety issues, audits and inspections.
• Conduct food safety audits and inspections at client premises to verify compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Develop training materials and train clients on food safety principles and practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential food safety hazards.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
