Define, develop, and implement all food safety programs designed to ensure that all our products meet quality requirements during production, packaging, storage, and transportation
Coordinate the factory change management system, review the plant expansion projects and changes proposed to lines or equipment, to guarantee the fulfillment of Food Safety and hygienic design requirements.
Lead the HACCP team, participate in the review, validation and implementation of HACCP studies and contributing to the development of QMS for all manufactured products in the plant, guaranteeing that all the dangers and risks of food security are controlled.
Manage corrective actions generated from microbiological monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with the safety of our processes.
Coordinate pest control activities, monitoring of action plans, supplier evaluation, management of indicators, preventive and corrective actions that guarantee absence of these pests in our processes and products.

Job Requirements
Professional in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, and/or related fields.
Technical knowledge in Food Safety, HACCP and GFSI Certifications.
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality areas in industry, preferably food manufacturing. Minimum 2 years carrying out microbiology activities (type of bacteria found in different operations, use of pathogenic monitoring and data analysis programs).
