Job responsibilities:
Ensure all food production and service areas comply with HACCP, HSE, and company food safety standards.
Conduct daily inspections, internal audits, and hygiene checks across all operational areas.
Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Train staff on food safety, hygiene, pest control, and QHSE procedures.
Maintain and update the company food safety program in line with legal and client requirements.
Monitor supplier compliance, perform supplier audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper maintenance, sanitation, and safe use of equipment and PPE.
Support QHSE initiatives and maintain high personal and operational hygiene standards.
Coordinate with management and clients, ensuring strong communication and compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to food safety operations.
