1. Health management and supervision of the central kitchen and distribution chain
2. Promotion of production hygiene and safety procedures
3. Training for new employees on hygiene requirements
4. Strictly adhere to food safety standards (HACCP system)
Strict requirements.
1) At least 2 years of experience in the management of the Bread Production (with the ability to lead a team)
2) Optimization of food safety processes, shipping processes, and delivery processes
3) Must hold a food safety management certificate and have relevant industry experience.
