Key Responsibilities:
Monitor food safety practices across kitchens, outlets, and storage areas.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with
HACCP, ISO 22000, and local municipality regulations
.
Identify potential food safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and pest control procedures are followed.
Conduct staff training on personal hygiene, food handling, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and food safety records.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and corrective action plans.
Coordinate with the Quality and Operations teams to continuously improve food safety performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in a food safety or quality control role, preferably within the
F&B or hospitality industry
.
Knowledge of
HACCP, ISO 22000, and QHSE standards
.
Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to train and guide kitchen and service staff on hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
