Job Title: Quality Controller for Fresh Meat Company Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Controller to join our team at a Fresh Meat Company. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all meat products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and freshness before they are released for distribution to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing meat products Monitor and document product quality, safety, and freshness Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Investigate and report any quality-related issues to management Work closely with production and processing teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes Ensure that all equipment used in the production process is regularly maintained and calibrated Conduct training sessions with production teams on quality control procedures Ensure that all products are correctly labeled and packaged according to company standards Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in quality control in the food industry, preferably in meat processing Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as HACCP, GMP, and USDA requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in the production of meat products and have the qualifications and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply on hr@mls.om Job Type: Full-time Pay: RO250.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
