The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness in the food service area. This role involves using various kitchen equipment to create fast food offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Order Management: Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
Food Preparation: Clean, peel, slice, and trim food items using manual and electric appliances.
Cooking: Use equipment such as deep fryers, grills, and ovens to prepare fast food items, including sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes, and beverages.
Food Assembly: Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, as well as package take-out orders.
Beverage Preparation: Prepare hot beverages like coffee and tea specialties.
Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, keeping accurate records of food quantities used.
Payment Processing: May handle payment transactions for food items purchased
