The Food and Beverage Trainer will lead Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Food and Beverage Division in achieving a service culture epitmized by 5-Star luxury ensuring Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and property-specific standards are achieved.
A key member of the Food and Beverage division, The Food and Beverage Trainer will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Food and Beverage Colleagues and Leaders in creating a culture. To create \xe2\x80\x9can energetic and exciting learning environment\xe2\x80\x9d across F&B, ensuring we work toward improving knowledge; skills and behaviors that are needed to drive business results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous experience is an asset
- Minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role in a large luxury hotel
- Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset
- This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs
- Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management
- Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills
- Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
