We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Food & Beverage Captain

to lead front-of-house operations within a prestigious luxury hotel environment in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service, supervising high-performing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house service operations. Ensure guest satisfaction through timely, courteous, and efficient service. Assist in managing staff schedules, section assignments, and floor operations during service. Guide and support service staff, maintaining grooming, hygiene, and service standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination. Train and onboard new team members in service procedures and brand expectations. Address guest concerns and requests professionally, escalating when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, ensuring proper table setup. Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report any shortages. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling and guest engagement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or any F&B-related certifications are advantageous 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within the luxury hotel industry, with at least 1 year in a Captain or supervisory role (required). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Detail-oriented with a professional and proactive mindset. Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
