The Bar Captain is responsible for supervising and managing all bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading the bar team to provide a memorable guest experience. This role involves overseeing the preparation of beverages, maintaining inventory, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and manage all bar operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service.

? Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
? Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
? Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
? Develop and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
? Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering of supplies.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
? Proven experience in bar management or as a senior bartender.
? Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills.
? Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
? Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
? Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
