Job Opening - Female Sales & Operations Executive (Catering | UAE)
We are seeking a
Female Sales & Operations Executive
to join ourcatering company in the UAE
.Syrian or Lebanese nationality is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and conduct sales follow-ups
Close clients, secure contracts, and convert leads into confirmed orders
Liaise with kitchen, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations Assist in planning and managing daily and event-based catering schedules Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales reports Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growthRequirements:
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to create and updatebrochures and menus
(basic design/content preparation) Proven experience insales and/or operations
, preferably withincatering or F&B
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with the UAE work environment is an advantage Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication)Employment Details:
